These babies are irresistible and so simple to make!
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (ensure it has no stabilising agents it, as it won’t solidify well)
- 3 tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp Xylitol (more or less depending on how sweet you like it
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp shredded coconut
What to do:
- Chill an unopened can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight.
- Scoop out the solidified cream into a mixing bowel and beat vigorously with a whisk or electric mixer until softened (it shouldn’t liquefy).
- Add cocoa powder and the Xylitol and continue to beat until the mousse is light and fluffy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and shredded coconut.
