What you’ll need:
- 2 Bananas
- 1 young Coconut (or coconut flour)
- 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of activated Manuka Honey
- 1/2 cup of Coconutor Buckwheat flour
- Purified and Coconut water
What to do:
- Blend bananas and coconut meat (or flour) with a little water until creamy.
- Then add cinnamon, vanilla and sweeteners.
- Blend with flour.
- Pour onto dehydrater sheets and cook on one side, then flip and do the same.
- Serve with banana and nut yoghurt.
