What you’ll need:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 young Coconut (or coconut flour)Coconut Pancakes
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of activated Manuka Honey
  • 1/2 cup of Coconutor Buckwheat flour
  • Purified and Coconut water

What to do:

  1. Blend bananas and coconut meat (or flour) with a little water until creamy.
  2. Then add cinnamon, vanilla and sweeteners.
  3. Blend with flour.
  4. Pour onto dehydrater sheets and cook on one side, then flip and do the same.
  5. Serve with banana and nut yoghurt.
