In our everyday life we are exposed to and absorb harmful pollutants and chemicals which our body doesn’t know what to do with. Toxins are in the air, water, food, your home, beauty products, plastics, clothes… everywhere. They aren’t nutrients, they can’t be broken down so your body ends up storing these toxins anywhere it can usually in
your body fat, organs and other tissues.
Over time these toxins continue to build up eventually making you toxic. High levels of toxicity can affect your health, physical appearance, and emotional well-being. Fortunately the human body has a positively amazing ability to detoxify itself.
The human body uses seven natural biological systems to cleanse waste and toxic matters. Good health is in part the result of these seven systems working efficiently and effectively. In order to understand detoxification one must first understand that when the body confronts a toxin or foreign substance it utilises the seven systems to purge the toxin as quickly as possible.
The body will recycle any toxin that it was not capable of purging. In the recycling process the body will employ all seven systems to try and get the toxic substance removed from the body. This is important to understand because if your health is substandard it may be that one or more of the body’s cleansing systems are not functioning optimally.
The body’s seven cleansing systems are the liver, lungs, lymphatic system; the blood, the skin, colon and the kidneys. Each has it own unique purpose and way of assisting the human body to detoxify.
The lungs are responsible for breathing so taking care of them is paramount. The best way to take care of the lungs is to give them lots of exercise. A good way to keep your lungs healthy is to spend 15 minutes each day doing deep breathing exercises. Deep breathing of fresh air is a great exercise for the lungs. Smoking isn’t good for any part of your body, and your lungs especially hate it.
The lymphatic is the body’s filter system which supports immune function. A healthy lymphatic system filters out bacteria and other foreign particles. Regular exercise is also the best treatment that your lymphatic system can receive. Niagara therapy is a proven technology to assist the cleansing of the lymphatic system.
The blood transfers and transports substances throughout the body. It delivers nutrition to those areas that are in need. Red clover and chlorella are wonderful natural cleansers of the blood system. A regular exercise routine stimulates the blood system and assists the body in eliminating waste.
